The entry-level Laptop Refurbishment Technician receives laptop and parts orders, tests and inspects laptops, troubleshoots and repairs them to sellable condition, documents refurbishment details, disassembles and sorts parts, adds parts to inventory, and acts as a customer advocate. The role requires lifting at least 30 pounds and follows a Monday–Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. schedule.
