Description
The role coordinates technical infrastructure installations and support across APAC, EMEA, and AMER regions. Responsibilities include understanding routers, switches, wireless access points, cabling, LAN and WAN concepts; troubleshooting and validating installations; coordinating with field technicians, vendors, project managers, resource coordinators, and customer contacts; managing bridge calls; and preparing execution, risk, status, and closure reports. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and willingness to work in a 24/7 environment supporting United States business hours.
