Inter is hiring a Core Credit Technology Team Lead to lead and develop software engineering teams supporting regulatory and customer system solutions for the bank’s core financial operations. The role covers delivery planning, architecture review, technical mentoring, hiring, performance management, risk mitigation, engineering best practices, and cloud and FinOps initiatives. Required qualifications include prior tech-lead or software development team-coordinator experience, microservices and distributed-systems expertise, Java and Spring Boot knowledge, CI/CD and DevOps practices, AWS experience, database knowledge, and Agile experience. Preferred qualifications include observability tools, cloud certifications, vendor-management experience, Agile-team management, and credit or regulatory software experience.
