Description
The Tech Delivery Lead will lead technical development teams, coordinate multidisciplinary technology projects, define technology roadmaps, ensure quality and on-time delivery, and mentor senior engineers and staff engineers. The role requires at least seven years of application-development experience in Java, Python, or JavaScript within DevOps environments, along with experience in Docker, Kubernetes, Git, databases, scalable systems, agile methodologies, and technical team coordination. The position is based in Madrid or Seville and can be performed in a hybrid model with up to 60% remote work depending on the project.
