Description
HelloFresh is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a squad of product and backend engineers responsible for data privacy systems, including consent and preference management, data subject requests, data retention and deletion, and PII discovery and classification. The role owns the privacy roadmap, operational reliability, architecture and code reviews, incident response, stakeholder management, hiring, performance management, and mentorship, while partnering with product, legal, security, compliance, and other engineering teams. The position requires people-management experience, distributed-team leadership, scalable microservices and event-driven systems expertise, backend systems experience, DevOps and cloud experience, and strong cross-functional communication. The work is based at Warsaw Centre Point.
