OKX is hiring a Tech Governance Lead to independently lead audit remediation, cross-functional governance workstreams, IT security and architecture reviews, policy development, regulator and auditor engagement, AI-assisted compliance operations, governance reporting, and regulatory monitoring. The role requires 8+ years of IT audit, risk management, compliance, or security governance experience, 3+ years leading governance programmes at a large-scale internet, financial services, or crypto firm, deep knowledge of major security and compliance frameworks, and the ability to work independently across engineering, legal, product, finance, and operations. AI adoption and application are required, while Mandarin proficiency and APAC regulatory exposure are advantageous.
