Description
The role performs preventive maintenance, repairs, and maintenance work on assigned units while maintaining logs, records, safety compliance, and maintenance inventories. It includes reading schematics and blueprints, operating shut-off valves, reporting hazards, completing work orders, and performing painting, electrical, carpentry, and plumbing work as needed. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and four years of engineering experience, with engineering certifications preferred.
