Description
The Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance Technician is responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, recovering, maintaining, and calibrating Die Attach and Wire Bond equipment in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role includes monitoring machine performance, responding to alarms and breakdowns, replacing parts and tooling, supporting equipment qualification and production line setup, recording maintenance and downtime, and collaborating with process, equipment, and production teams. The position requires a technical diploma or certificate, 1–5 years of semiconductor or electronics manufacturing experience, hands-on troubleshooting and preventive maintenance experience, familiarity with semiconductor equipment, and willingness to work a 12-hour shift rotation.
