365Scores is hiring a Tech Lead to design scalable APIs and services, guide architecture and performance, security, and scalability strategies, analyze large datasets, manage real-time data pipelines, define technical specifications, support and delegate development work, conduct code reviews, ensure code quality and test coverage, own production releases, and help manage developer hiring and onboarding. The role requires at least 10 years of experience with .NET Core, C#, Web API, Entity Framework Core, multithreading, caching, message queues, Docker, cloud platforms, microservices, databases, and distributed application design, along with strong English communication, teamwork, and independent remote-work capabilities.
