Elastic is hiring a Tech Lead for its Agent Framework team to own the architecture and technical direction of the agent layer supporting the Streams platform. The role involves designing scalable architectures, evaluating technologies, conducting architecture reviews, guiding engineering teams, coordinating stakeholders, and managing risks across multi-team initiatives. Candidates need experience leading agent, daemon, or systems-level software at scale, distributed deployment expertise, observability knowledge, Go proficiency, and experience with management and control planes. The role offers a base salary of €104,800–€165,700 and does not include variable compensation.
