Elastic is hiring a Tech Lead, Agent Framework to own the architecture and technical direction of its agent layer for the Streams program. The role involves designing scalable architectures, evaluating technologies, conducting architecture reviews, guiding engineering teams, coordinating stakeholders, and managing risks across multi-team initiatives. It requires experience with distributed agent or daemon software, observability data collection, Go, management and control planes, and large technical initiatives. The role offers a base salary of CAD 154,000–243,600, stock participation, RRSP matching, health coverage, and flexible scheduling.
