Schuberg Philis is hiring a Technical Lead to work as a hands-on Mission Critical Engineer with added responsibility for technical leadership, quality, and long-term direction. The role serves as the technical point of contact for customers in and around Amsterdam, represents the team on technical decisions, shapes technical vision, facilitates consensus, promotes standards and reusable architectures, supports secure and reliable operations, participates in presales and commercial discussions, and mentors other engineers. The position requires strong technical and architectural expertise, experience with complex business-critical systems, and leadership by influence rather than formal authority.
