Acorn Insurance is hiring a Tech Lead to guide a cross-functional squad delivering high-quality software for customer-facing products. The role leads backend and frontend developers, QA, automation testers, designers, product managers, and business analysts; designs and builds scalable .NET and Azure microservices; mentors developers; and collaborates with the Architecture Team. The position is based at Liverpool City Centre HQ with a hybrid arrangement requiring three days in the office, works 37.5 hours per week, and pays £70,000–£85,000 depending on experience.
