A technology consultancy is hiring a Tech Lead for a four-week hybrid engagement in Nottingham. The role leads the technical workstream of a technology-team ways-of-working and process audit, collaborating with Mobile, Loyalty, and AI product squads to map processes, dependencies, handoffs, integrations, and interactions between modern front-end products and legacy back-end systems. It includes interviewing and shadowing technical teams, developing recommendations for transformation, coaching developers, and working with Product and Delivery Leads.
