Description

BriteCap Financial LLC is hiring a remote Technical Lead, Platform to lead the design, development, and evolution of Python-based backend platform services. The role owns scalable API and microservices architecture, leads engineers, mentors developers, and drives production reliability, observability, and operational excellence. Candidates need at least 8 years of backend engineering experience with Python, expertise in Django, Flask, or Fast API, distributed systems, databases, AWS, and team leadership.
