Description
Carla is hiring a Tech Lead to manage four backend and frontend engineers in its commercial product team while driving technical discovery, delivery, architecture, quality, integrations, and platform evolution. The role requires hands-on coding, technical strategy, resource management, and collaboration with product, design, and other departments, with Go and TypeScript as primary technologies. The Tech Lead will also support data initiatives using BigQuery, Looker Studio, and AI, and must be fluent in Swedish and located in Stockholm.
