Description
Electric Mind is hiring a Tech Lead to serve as the single point of technical accountability for AI Enablement across multiple client teams. The role owns the adoption of AI-assisted software delivery practices, including AI-enabled development, code and quality-engineering activities, solution design and code reviews, quality-engineering integration, technical artifacts, architecture constraints, and reusable knowledge-base practices. The Tech Lead will coach Client Tech Leads, QE Leads, and Architects, surface adoption patterns, and escalate blockers to the Engineering Lead. The role requires senior technical leadership experience, software engineering and architecture literacy, AI-assisted engineering knowledge, and the ability to coach senior technical roles.
