Finto is hiring a Tech Lead to own the technical direction of its AI-powered enterprise finance platform. The role combines hands-on full-stack development, architecture, production feature delivery, technical roadmap planning, AI model optimization, and engineering mentorship. Candidates need at least five years of full-stack experience, strong JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js skills, backend expertise in Node.js or comparable languages, and production experience with AI models and APIs. The position is based in Munich with a five-day-in-office culture.
