Description
HiBob is hiring a permanent Tech Lead to lead technical direction for one of its AI domains and help shape the production AI platform. The role combines deep backend and distributed systems expertise with AI engineering, including LLMs, agentic workflows, MCP, retrieval systems, evaluation frameworks, and scalable cloud architectures. The Tech Lead will own complex cross-team initiatives, define engineering standards, conduct architecture reviews, mentor engineers, and balance experimentation with production-grade quality. The position is hybrid, with a flexible office and home-based work arrangement.
