Description
The Tech Lead will join a retained BAU team supporting a large enterprise account, owning technical leadership across .NET and Next.js while balancing operational delivery with platform improvement. The role involves architecture decisions, technical debt prioritization, complex debugging, mentoring engineers, client communication, and guiding other teams. Candidates need strong .NET architecture experience, genuine hands-on Next.js experience, and direct people leadership experience; Sitecore or another headless CMS experience is advantageous. The salary band is $162,000–$200,000 inclusive of superannuation, with flexible work options and other benefits.
