Description
Rebil is hiring a Tech Lead to provide overall technical responsibility and help shape the company’s technology direction. The role leads the current team of one full-stack developer and three consultants, owns architecture and coding decisions, drives technical projects from idea to launch, supports developers, sets engineering standards, and contributes to commercial assessments. The position is hands-on, requires full-stack development experience, commercial acumen, independent project ownership, and proficiency in Norwegian, and is based near the head office in Kløfta, Norway.
