Legit Security is hiring a Tech Lead to own the technical direction and architecture of a team of six engineers building complex, large-scale AI-first software. The role involves designing and shipping LLM-powered capabilities, managing production reliability and cost trade-offs, leading projects from idea to production, and mentoring engineers through code review and direct feedback. The technology stack includes Go, Python, C#/.NET, React/TypeScript, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, and Kubernetes on AWS. Candidates need at least five years of professional software engineering experience, including production systems, plus two years leading projects or mentoring engineers, along with strong backend and frontend skills and experience with LLMs and agents.
