Nearform is hiring a permanent full-time Technical Lead to lead and guide software development teams while working directly with clients to translate business and technical requirements into scalable applications. The role includes project delivery, technical and line-management leadership, architectural decision-making, client communication, and adherence to software development, DevOps, agile, testing, and security practices. Candidates should have significant software engineering experience, ideally with JavaScript, Python, or Golang, along with client-facing, team-leadership, agile, testing, version control, cloud, and operational experience. The position is remote for UK-based candidates and starts from £90,000 plus bonus and benefits.
