OAK'S LAB is hiring a fully remote Tech Lead for a long-term B2B/freelancing contract with candidates based in Portugal. The role leads and mentors 3–7 engineers, owns software architecture and infrastructure, collaborates with product and design teams, refines product roadmaps, contributes to feature development, conducts code reviews, and improves engineering processes. The position requires at least two years of leadership experience, six years of engineering experience, and three years building web applications with Node.js and React, along with proficiency in English and familiarity with the listed modern web and cloud technologies.
