Description
Propel Software is hiring a Tech Lead to own the technical design and delivery of medium-to-large systems and features, lead architecture decisions, contribute hands-on to releases, enforce engineering quality, and mentor engineers. The role requires a BE/B.Tech/MCA, 6–8 years of software engineering experience, cloud-native application experience, distributed systems knowledge, and familiarity with AI-assisted development tools. It is an in-office position in Trivandrum requiring attendance four or more days per week, with no relocation assistance or visa sponsorship.
