ScaleOps is hiring a hands-on Tech Lead for its Backend Engineering team to lead the architecture and development of a Kubernetes-based platform. The role combines backend development, technical ownership, architectural decision-making, mentoring, and collaboration with product and DevOps teams. Candidates should have at least seven years of backend development experience, preferably in Go, production-grade leadership experience, and strong knowledge of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and distributed systems.
