Description
ScaleOps is hiring a hands-on Tech Lead for its Backend Engineering team to lead architecture and development of its Kubernetes-based platform. The role combines technical ownership of backend systems with team leadership, including feature development, architectural decision-making, mentoring engineers, and collaboration with product and DevOps teams. Candidates should have at least seven years of backend development experience, preferably in Go, along with production-scale experience, strong Kubernetes and distributed-systems knowledge, and a computer science degree or elite IDF technology experience.
