Description
Thiga is hiring a full-time Tech Lead to help clients integrate LLMs and coding agents into their information systems and delivery cycles. The role involves understanding client contexts, identifying missing AI and software capabilities, designing and arbitrating architectures, prototyping components, supporting client and Thiga teams, and contributing to presales. It requires broad software architecture expertise, deep knowledge of LLM and agent systems, strong judgment, hands-on technical skills, and a product and client mindset.
