Description
Wayve is hiring a full-time Robotaxi Autonomy Performance Engineer to establish and operate the performance measurement and improvement framework for its learned driving system. The role owns metrics, dashboards, release gates, regression detection, issue triage, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional delivery across AV, robotics, robot software, evaluation, and SRE teams. It is primarily individual-contributor work with a path toward leading a small team as the Robotaxi program scales, and requires hands-on Python, C++, and SQL work. The position is based in Wayve’s London office under a hybrid working policy.
