Isla Health is seeking a Tech Lead (Backend) to oversee the technical implementation and scalability of their cloud infrastructure. This role involves leading a backend team, driving technical strategy, optimizing costs, designing integrations, and embedding operational excellence. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in cloud computing, particularly with Google Cloud Platform and Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, along with strong expertise in Node.js and TypeScript.
