Description
Neo4j is hiring a Tech Lead for GraphAware Hume, its graph-powered analytics platform, in the United Kingdom, Czechia, or Italy. The role owns the platform layer, Neo4j architecture, Cypher query optimization, secure APIs, workflow orchestration, and cross-functional technical direction, while mentoring engineers and partnering with Product Managers. Candidates need deep Neo4j expertise, at least eight years of backend systems experience, Java or a strong JVM background, and experience leading architecture and technical direction. Italy-only compensation is €60,000–€75,000 gross annual salary under the CCNL Metalmeccanici Industria.
