Accor Tech & Digital is hiring a Tech Lead to co-lead a Feature Team delivering analytics and AI data products. The role manages and coaches data engineers, sets development and modeling standards, integrates data sources through DataHub, industrializes data products, and optimizes performance and costs. It requires an engineering degree or specialized master’s, at least five years of data experience, prior management experience, strong SQL and Python skills, Snowflake expertise, and knowledge of dbt, DevOps, and data modeling. The position is based in France with remote work possible for several days per week.
