Description
The Tech Lead will own the architecture and hands-on development of a data platform, including data warehouses, data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, backend services, APIs, and large-scale distributed systems. The role leads technical decisions on scalability, reliability, observability, and data quality; drives cross-functional initiatives; mentors data engineers and developers; and promotes modern data technologies, AI-first practices, and automation. Candidates need at least six years of data engineering experience, including production-scale platform design and Spark, plus backend development, database, SQL, Python, cloud, and AI workflow experience.
