Hadrian is hiring a Tech Lead for Detection & Response to own end-to-end threat detection, investigation, and response across corporate, cloud, and factory environments. The role leads a small team, sets technical direction, builds an AI-native detection stack, leads incident response, and partners with IT, infrastructure, and compliance teams on ITAR and CMMC requirements. Candidates need 8+ years of security engineering experience, strong software and detection-as-code skills, incident-response leadership experience, and familiarity with AI/LLM security workflows.
