Propel Software is hiring a Tech Lead to own the technical direction and delivery of medium-to-large engineering initiatives while balancing hands-on development with system-level thinking. The role focuses on CI/CD, application automation, production monitoring and observability, release management, security scanning, and vulnerability detection.
