Industrious is hiring a Tech Lead, DevOps Engineer to architect and operate a cloud-native deployment ecosystem for its Vibe Coding platform. The role leads infrastructure design, CI/CD automation, AWS operations, security, monitoring, and developer experience initiatives while mentoring engineers. It requires 7+ years of DevOps experience, including at least 2 years leading teams or major technical initiatives, along with expertise in Python or TypeScript, Terraform, Terragrunt, distributed systems, and CI/CD. The position is hybrid, with Wednesdays required on-site in Chicago, Austin, or New York City, and offers a base salary of $160,000–$180,000 plus bonus and long-term incentive opportunities.
