Description
Schuberg Philis is hiring a Technical Lead to serve as a hands-on Mission Critical Engineer with added responsibility for technical leadership, quality, and long-term direction. The role works with customers in and around the Eindhoven region, with regular customer contact and participation in the core customer team. Responsibilities include representing the team on technical decisions, shaping technical vision, facilitating account-level decisions, promoting reusable platforms and standards, guarding quality across the design-build-run lifecycle, supporting sales and presales, and mentoring engineers. The position requires an experienced engineer with strong technical and architectural expertise, modern infrastructure or software engineering knowledge, customer-facing communication skills, and leadership by influence.
