Description
OpenFX is hiring a hands-on Tech Lead for its Hedging team, responsible for the technical direction and execution of exposure and position keeping, hedge decisioning, venue routing, market making, cost, PnL, and net revenue calculation. The role leads design and technical decisions, mentors engineers, reviews work, maintains quality and observability, manages production incidents, and coordinates with Product, Operations, treasury, and finance. Candidates need 6–8 years of production backend experience, a trading background, strong system design and object-oriented programming skills, and the ability to lead through influence while writing code.
