Luminor is hiring a Tech Lead for its Payments and Cash Management Engineering area to lead the design and implementation of complex Java/Spring Boot backend services, REST and event-driven integrations, Kafka-based messaging, account and payment flows, databases, and cloud-native infrastructure. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, architecture decisions, code reviews, stakeholder and vendor collaboration, and modernization of legacy capabilities.
