Description
Glean is hiring a Tech Lead Manager of the Admin Console team to lead and grow the engineering team responsible for the admin experience that helps customers deploy, govern, and scale Glean. The role owns architecture and execution for data-source setup, security configuration, deployment management, feature rollout, crawl health, permissions, and enterprise context workflows, while partnering with Product, Design, backend, connector, infrastructure, and security teams. The position requires 8+ years of software engineering experience, 1+ years of full-stack engineering management experience, a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience, and experience with enterprise SaaS, admin consoles, or configurable products. It is a hybrid role based in Mountain View or San Francisco, with a base salary of $250,000–$300,000 annually and medical, vision, and dental coverage.
