Description
Google is hiring a Tech Lead Manager to guide the technical vision and engineering team for its AI commerce platform. The role leads the design, build, and scaling of agentic commerce systems and APIs, including agent-to-merchant protocols, native connectors, cross-organizational integrations, and transactional trust and safety frameworks. The manager will also drive technical strategy, contribute to full-stack code and system design, and mentor engineers while collaborating with infrastructure, AI, and platform teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, eight years of full-stack software design and architecture experience, and experience in e-commerce, digital payments, transactional platforms, enterprise platforms, and people management.
