Description
Ironclad is hiring a Tech Lead Manager to lead a team of engineers building production generative AI systems. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management, including owning the technical roadmap and quality bar, translating business needs into technical deliverables, contributing design and production code, setting engineering standards, managing prioritization, and hiring and developing engineers. Candidates should have experience leading engineering teams, building production ML/LLM systems, and working directly on architecture and implementation. The position is based at Ironclad’s San Francisco headquarters and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
