Chime is hiring a Tech Lead Manager to lead its Data Integration Platform team, owning the strategy, architecture, connectors, pipelines, and infrastructure for first-party and third-party data ingress and egress. The role combines hands-on technical leadership in data integration, streaming, batch, cloud, security, governance, and lakehouse architecture with people leadership, coaching, hiring, and operational management. It requires 8+ years of high-scale software development experience, 3+ years managing engineering teams, and extensive experience with data movement technologies and cloud ecosystems. The role is onsite four days per week for employees near an office, with a base salary of $199,000–$275,000 USD.
