The role combines technical leadership with product and design collaboration, AI-first roadmap development, software delivery optimization, quality and efficiency tracking, backlog management, and innovation. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of technology leadership experience, strong generative AI and cloud architecture knowledge, and at least five years of hands-on Java and React development experience. The position offers a base pay range of $101,900 to $163,000 USD and participation in a discretionary annual bonus program.
