Description
Magellan is hiring a .NET Tech Lead to design and optimize scalable .NET software architectures, integrate generative AI and machine learning services, and provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams. The role involves analyzing requirements, auditing systems, implementing DevOps and CI/CD practices, conducting code reviews, and promoting quality and security standards. It requires at least five years of .NET development experience, prior technical team management or mentoring, strong knowledge of .NET, C#, cloud and AI technologies, and fluency in French. The position is office-based or remote up to two days per week, with no client travel.
