The Tech Lead will guide cross-functional engineering streams delivering large-scale enterprise application components using .NET Core and React with TypeScript. The role combines hands-on development, architectural decision-making, code review and workflow optimization, technical risk resolution, mentoring, and leadership of distributed teams. It requires senior engineering experience, strong .NET and React/TypeScript expertise, AI-assisted coding, API and SQL skills, and English communication; Azure, microservices, automated testing, and consulting lead experience are preferred.
