easyJet is hiring a Tech Lead - Optimization Engineering to lead and coach a cross-functional software engineering team building decision-support products for airline disruption management and crew/roster optimisation. The role owns technical direction, architecture, delivery, quality, reliability, solver integration, observability, and performance tuning, while partnering with product, data, operations research, and customer stakeholders. It requires production software leadership, optimisation and scheduling experience, mathematical optimisation knowledge, programming experience, and solver integration expertise, with a hybrid working arrangement of 40%-60% in the office.
