Binance is seeking a senior technology leader to design, build, and own the technical perimeter of its licensed payment business in Kazakhstan and the broader CIS region. The role covers payment and e-money architecture, integrations with Kazakhstan’s national payment infrastructure and state systems, global platform connectivity, regulatory reporting, information security, technology outsourcing, and recruitment and leadership of the local technology team. Candidates need 10+ years of technology experience in banking, payments, or fintech, including 5+ years in senior leadership at a licensed financial institution or payment organization in Kazakhstan, along with strong knowledge of Kazakhstan’s regulatory and information-security requirements.
