UMO is hiring a Senior Backend Engineering Manager to lead its Platform squad and own production backend services, developer tooling, CI/CD, infrastructure, observability, architecture, security, and delivery processes. The role requires senior engineering leadership, deep Go and TypeScript experience, durable workflow and regulated fintech experience, cloud microservices expertise, and AI-assisted development practices. The position is full-time and may be based in Lisbon, Dubai, Kyiv, Lviv, or remotely for the right fit.
