Databricks is hiring an experienced Tech Lead to lead platform observability and proactive monitoring. The role focuses on incident investigation, root-cause analysis, alerting and observability workflows, automation, reliability improvements, and mentoring junior engineers, while participating in on-call rotation. Candidates need at least six years of experience in SRE, DevOps, production engineering, or a similar role, cloud and container expertise, monitoring and alerting tool knowledge, Python or similar programming ability, and a relevant advanced degree.
